High Lights Festival Diary: Inaki Aizpitarte at La Montée
“He's the latest superstar in France,” a prominent Montreal chef said to me before I headed out to the Inaki Aizpitarte dinner at La Montée Thursday night. “He has a Michelin star already and John Galliano goes out to eat in his restaurant Le Châteaubriand all the time.”
